INSTRUCTIONS :
The Candidate is hereby selected for admission into 1st year Intermediate based on the merit,
option given by the candidate & rule of reservation. Hence the Principal of the Junior College
concerned is hereby informed to admit the above candidate after through verification of required
certificates and on satisfactory submission of required documents. Following are the documents and
eligibility to confirm the admission of the candidate.
ELIGIBILITY:
He/she must be studies in Telangana State. Must Pass in the qualifying exam in the first attempt in
March 2022.
CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
a) Original pass Certificate of SSC or its equivalent Examination and Marks Memo or internet Marks copy.
b) Original Conduct Certificate and Study Certificate for Seven consecutive years of study from
Class IV to X. For private candidates Nativity Certificate obtained from the Tahsildar
concerned. (Residence Certificate is not valid for Private candidates)
c) Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the Head of the Institution.
d) Original Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned for B.C., S.C. and S.T. Students.
e) Original Physical Fitness Certificate from the Doctor not below the rank of Asst. Civil Surgeon.
f) Three Sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates. Six latest Passport size photographs.
FOR THE STUDENTS UNDER SPECIAL RESERVATION CATEGORY:
a) PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED: A Certificate from the Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Govt. Hospital (Minimum disability - 40%).
b) Children of Armed Personnel CATEGORY: A Certificate from DSSA (or) from the competent
authority for children of Ex-Service personnel (or) the Children of Service personnel from the
state of Telangana.
c) SPORTS: A participation certificate at National/State/Zonal/District level issued by the Sports
Authority concerned, District level Participation certificate is the minimum eligibility.
d) In case of Orphans, they have to submit original copy of Orphan Certificate issued by
competent Authority to the Principal concerned.
e) In case EWS candidate : they have to submit original copy of EWS Certificate issued by
competent Authority to the Principal concerned.
